You can outsource learning to AI, but not understanding.

We teach people how to learn with AI, so their judgment grows instead of shrinking. Every program teaches people how to learn, question and verify, so AI makes them sharper rather than more dependent.

Who we are

True CyberChampion helps organizations adopt AI with confidence. We turn AI policy into everyday practice with customized, role-based training; we build and test AI systems that work in secure environments; and we give leaders the governance and evidence to stand behind every AI decision.

Our methodology

Why we are unique

We did the research before we built the training. Studies of how adults learn, how skills transfer to the job and how people actually work with AI all point the same way: awareness does not become capability on its own. So we built a method around that evidence, the Capability Proof SystemTM.

  • Training transferSkills move into work only when practice looks like the job.Our design: Work-Twin scenarios built from your roles
  • Active learningPeople learn more by producing work than by watching an expert. Our design: DRILL labs: do first, then critique and improve
  • Human–AI workAI helps on some tasks and quietly hurts on others; over-trust is the risk. Our design: Delegation Grid and planted-error trap tasks
  • Spaced practiceSkills practiced once fade; spaced practice keeps them. Our design: 30/60/90-day micro-drills and check-ins
  • Evaluation scienceSatisfaction scores say little about behavior or results. Our design: Proof Framework: before-and-after work samples
  • Adult learningAdults learn best when training respects their expertise and solves real problems. Our design: Professionals adding a tool to their craft, with facilitators who show how they judge output

Our answer

The Capability Proof SystemTM: six stages, four integrated frameworks

From awareness to evidence. Every engagement moves through six stages in sequence, each ending with a quality check, while four integrated framework components run in parallel underneath. Select a stage to see how it works and which frameworks are at work.

↺ Evidence from each cohort informs the next Stage 1 of 6

Work-Twins and traps

Role SignatureTM — who needs what, and where AI can safely help
BELGICTM — what skills, weighted per role
DRILLTM — how skill is built
Proof FrameworkTM — baseline, trap catch rate, launch ledger, Evidence Report
Do · Reflect · Improve · Learn · Launch

Every stage ends in a quality gate that must pass before the next begins, and success is defined up front in a signed Outcome Contract.

Four integrated framework components

FrameworkThe question it answersWhat it produces
Role SignatureTMWho needs what, and where can AI safely help in this role?Role profile, task inventory, Delegation GridTM, Work-TwinTM scenarios
BELGICTMWhich AI capabilities matter most for this role?Weighted capability emphasis per role group; learning objectives
DRILLTMHow does a capability become a habit inside a session?Time-boxed practice cycles; principles written by learners; launched work
Proof FrameworkTMDid it work, for whom, and how do we know?Before-and-after work samples, trap catch rate, Launch Ledger, Evidence Report
Role SignatureTMidentifies what matters
BELGICTMdecides which capabilities to develop
DRILLTMbuilds them through repeated practice
Proof FrameworkTMmeasures what learners can actually do

These four components work together as one integrated training framework. ↺ Continuous improvement: evidence from each training cohort informs the next, allowing us to continuously refine the curriculum, improve delivery and strengthen learning outcomes.

Why our methodology is unique

How our training methodology differs from other AI training

Most AI training on the market falls into three categories. Each has a place. None is built to produce and prove role-specific capability.

The Outcome Contract

A one-page agreement signed in the Design stage that states what success means for each cohort in measurable terms, such as a target trap catch rate, the share of participants with a completed launch at 30 days and the improvement in work-sample quality. Targets are set with you from the baseline, not promised in advance.

Every participant leaves with three things they did not have that morning

  1. A launched work productA real memo, summary, analysis or draft, finished with AI under your rules.
  2. A personal Role PlaybookThe prompts, checks and principles they wrote themselves.
  3. A measured before-and-afterTheir own score on time, quality and safety on a task from their job.

Built on research in training transfer, active learning, spaced practice and human–AI work; measured with the Kirkpatrick model and the Success Case Method. See the full methodology, or page 2 of the capability statement PDF.

Three practices

Skills development

Customized AI training anchored to your organization's policy, approved tools, specific roles and priorities, with proficiency measured through real work.

AI engineering

Rapid prototypes, LLM and RAG systems, NLP, and independent AI test and evaluation, in cloud, air-gapped and classified settings.

AI governance

Responsible AI, NIST AI RMF alignment, AI return on investment, privacy in AI, algorithmic auditing and AI use-case management.

AI training for every role

We analyze the tasks each role performs, then build the AI skills that role needs, in person, virtual or hybrid. Select a role to see how we work.

What sets us apart

  • Built around your organization.Your own AI policy, tools and job roles, not a generic course.
  • Skills you can see.People practice on real tasks; we measure what they can do, not who attended.
  • A proven, repeatable method. Our Capability Proof System, with BELGIC and DRILL, designs, delivers and proves AI skills.
  • Government experience.Federal agencies, including small and micro agencies with lean teams.
  • Builders, not only trainers. Our engineers build and test real AI systems.

Past performance

PBGCFederal agency

Developed the AI enablement strategy for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. We help the agency’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Department adopt AI responsibly, through role-based training and by identifying operational processes AI can optimize to improve the accuracy and consistency of work products while saving time and cost.

ISACATraining provider

As an ISACA training provider, trained auditors, executives, managers, IT leaders and many other roles, from organizations across sectors, on AI governance, risk and compliance.

IndustryContributions

BELGIC Framework (AI skills framework), DRILL Method (AI skills delivery), iCRAFT Prompts (AI prompting platform) and GUAF (GenAI use-case privacy and risk assessment).

AI engineering and assurance

Where building meets proof: we build AI systems and test them independently, so you can deploy with evidence.
